@PeterCxy Well, the US is arguably STILL in the state of "national emergency" declared by G.W. Bush. in 2001, and renewed by Obama in 2008, Trump in 2016. @niconiconi I see it. They seem to renew the previous emergencies every freaking year, and the only emergencies that ended after the 2000s are ones that do not grant more govermental power, e.g. healthcare.
